"Needlework" is a cross-stitch chart with instructions translated in English.
It comes with 3 small accessories: a cream crocheted flower, a little piece of lace and a vintage paper label
What we like about this design: not only the composition is lovely but there are all these small patterns that can be re-used for another project.
Please note that this design is composed of various patterns all stitched on linen using only one strand of cotton over one thread of fabric. You can of course work it in full size on the fabric of your choice but then you may find that the provided accessories are a bit small and wish to replace them.
Design stitch count: 134 wide x 135 high
Design area:
- 11,2 x 11,2 cm (4⅜ x 4⅜ in) on a 32 count linen if stitched as a miniature
- 24,4 x 24,5 cm (9⅝ x 9⅝ in) on a 28 count linen or a 14 count Aida
- 22,3 x 22,5 cm (8¾ x 8⅞ in) on a 32 count linen
- 21,3 x 21,4 cm (8⅜ x 8½ in) on a 16 count Aïda
Threads and colours
This pattern shows 4 colours (DMC numbers on the chart).
The model on the picture has been stitched on a 40 count linen fabric (colour "natural linen") as a miniature using one strand of cotton over one thread of fabric.Recommended Fabric: of your choice regarding the stitch count and the type (linen, evenweave, aida) colour "natural linen, 45x45 cm (18x18 in).
