"Santa's Chocolates" is a cross-stitch chart partly in colours with instructions translated in English, including finishing instructions to mount your work on the chocolate box of your choice.
It is a two part design: the pattern with Santa and the text which is available on the grid both in French and in English ("Merry Christmas", "Chocolate")
Design stitch count: 90 wide x 99 high (Santa)
Design area:
- 18 x 20 cm (7 x 7¾ in) on a 25 count fabric
- 16,4 x 18 cm (6½ x 7 in) on a 28 count fabric or 14 count Aida
- 15 x 16,5 cm (6 x 6½ in) on a 32 count fabric
- 14,3 x 15,7 cm (5¾ x 6¼ in) on a 16 count Aida
- 11,3 x 12,4 cm (4½ x 4¾ in) on a 40 count fabric
Special stitches: This is a cross-stitch design with some back stitches and straight stitches.
Threads and colours
This pattern shows 20 colours (DMC references on the chart).
The model on the picture has been stitched on a 40 count linen fabric colour " Natural Linen" using one strand of cotton over two threads of fabric. But you can stitch it on a fabric of the count of your choice with two strands of cotton over two threads of fabric.
Recommended Fabric: of your choice regarding the type (linen / evenweave / Aida) and the stitch count, colour "Natural Linen", 35x35 cm (14x14 in).
