"Les Roses de Lucile" is a cross-stitch chart with instructions translated in English. This pattern was designed by Au Chat Qui Dort to adorn a gorgeous ready-to-stitch bag (see picture 2). Obviously you can stitch it on the work of your choice, for instance a cushion or a gardening apron. (Just send us an e-mail if you'd like the ready-to-stitch carry-all bag)
Design stitch count: 168 wide x 102 high
Design area:
- 33,6 x 20,4 cm (13¼ x 8 in) on a 25 count fabric
- 30,5 x 18,5 cm (12 x 7¼ in) on a 28 count fabric or on a 14 count Aida
- 28 x 17 cm (11 x 6¾ in) on a 32 count fabric
- 26,7 x 16,2 cm (10½ x 6½ in) on a 16 count Aida
Special stitches: None, this is a pure cross-stitch design.
Threads and colours
This pattern shows 9 colours (DMC references on the chart).
The model on the picture has been stitched on a 32 count linen using two strands of cotton over two threads of fabric.
Recommended Fabric: of your choice regarding the type (linen / evenweave / Aida) and the stitch count, colour "Natural Linen", 50x40 cm (20x16 in)
