How to make a pinkeep with a side pocket
We know you were eagerly waiting for this one!
As all the other tutorials displayed so far, it has been originally written by the French blogger Un Petit Bout de Fil.
You will find it very useful to help you to mount your design in an original way. For instance, many Tralala designs are finished this way.
What we particularly like in this Pinkeep version:
- it is not only decorative but also useful: there is a little pocket on its back, very handy to store
your embroidery scissors or packs of needles
while stitching;
- it is easy and quickly made.
If you don't like, or want, to associate glue or adhesive tape to your stitched work, this may not be the right tutorial for you. But it gives you the opportunity to try your hand at some cartonnage technique which may become for you an opened window to a new creative world.
Just click on the link below to open the pdf file in a new window and then save it on your computer or print it (several A4 pages).
